VCES lays foundation stone of Pálava Sanatorium. It will open for patients in 2 years.

The symbolic laying of Pálava Sanatorium´s foundation stone marked the start of a marathon of construction works, which are scheduled for completion at the turn of 2025/2026. The sanatorium will open for patients in the spring of 2026. The total construction costs of the Pálava Sanatorium are estimated at CZK 784 million. The foundation stone laying ceremony on Monday, 4 March 2024 was attended by representatives of the South Moravian Region, the Government of the Czech Republic and the Parliament of the Czech Republic as well as representatives of the consortium of construction contractors.
