Refurbished WWTP and new sewage system will contribute to cleaner water in the Orlice river.
The project dealt with draining sewage water (in parts of Týniště nad Orlicí town, Albrechtice nad Orlicí and Týniště nad Orlicí town part Štěpánovsko) from places which had not been connected to the current waste water treatment plant in Týniště nad Orlicí.
The WWTP intensification increased the former capacity of 5,082 PE to current 5,400 PE, which fully covers its present and prospective needs. Complete remediation of concrete structures was performed on the reconstructed buildings during full operation of the WWTP. Extending the sewage system was dealt with building 2,327 m of gravity and 2,485 m of pressure sewers. The project also incorporated 86 house pumping stations including technology.
