Green Site Office is a tool of the Bouygues Construction Group aimed to mitigate the environmental impacts of the site installation on the construction locality, e.g. by reducing water and electricity consumption, using efficient cooling and heating, waste prevention and sorting, or raising awareness of environmental issues.
Residential housing close to Metropole Zličín.
The project features five apartment buildings grouped into two separate sections connected by a basement. Section A-B has 5 and 6 floors above ground, Section C-D-E has 5 floors. The residential complex offers a total of 127 residential units, 4 office spaces and 112 garage parking spaces. Each of the buildings is equipped with an elevator with front/rear door opening.
All the buildings have slab-pile foundations. The basement foundations are made of waterproof concrete. The load-bearing structure of the buildings consists of reinforced concrete slabs and reinforced concrete walls (in the basement and on the 1st and 2nd floors) or brick walls (on the other floors). The façade system is composed of polystyrene boards, mineral wool and a colored mineral render finish.
