The project, which is officially called Rezidence Radlické výhledy, consists of 6 apartment buildings and offers a total of 110 luxury apartments with layouts up to 4+kk (4-room apartments with a kitchen unit).

The apartment buildings are connected in groups of two by a basement with parking spaces. Each building also has another separate underground floor with storage cubicles. There are a total of 36 apartments in each of the AB and EF buildings, while the CD building offers 38 apartments.

From the structural point of view, the buildings have 2 underground and 4 above-ground floors with RC slab foundations. While the load-bearing structure on the lower above-ground floors is made of RC, it has been replaced with POROTHERM ceramic blocks for the higher floors. The facade design uses a contact thermal insulation system.

The apartment buildings, which are clad in designer wooden panels and stone, can boast a high energy efficiency thanks to sliding wooden windows, modern glass railings on balconies, recessed balconies and terraces. For maximum comfort, all the apartments have been equipped with air conditioning units and underfloor heating.
