Three apartment buildings creating a housing complex in Prague 5
The project consists of 3 separate apartment buildings with a flat green roof. Each building has a basement and 5 floors above ground, offering one-room to four-room apartments.
The basement, which is made of waterproof concrete, projects out beyond the outline of the above-ground part of the buildings and houses a parking garage with open parking spaces, as well as cellar storage units and mechanical and electrical equipment of the building.
The superstructure projects out over the basement, on the 1st and 2nd floors, it is made of a combination of reinforced concrete and brick masonry, and on the remaining floors, most load-bearing structures are made of bricks.
The façade of the buildings features an external thermal insulation composite system covered with a thin layer of silicone plaster.
