Green Site Office is a tool of the Bouygues Construction Group aimed to mitigate the environmental impacts of the site installation on the construction locality, e.g. by reducing water and electricity consumption, using efficient cooling and heating, waste prevention and sorting, or raising awareness of environmental issues.
Břevnov Center Residence is luxurious housing at a good address in the center of greater Prague.
The residential building in Prague’s Břevnov offers a total of 79 apartments – from 1 to 4 bedrooms – and three commercial spaces distributed throughout 6 above-ground floors and a seventh floor that is partially below ground.
There are 29 garages, 20 parking spaces with stack parking system, 21 open parking spaces, utility rooms, and cellar cubicles. Another 10 parking spaces are located outside the residential building.
The building is set on piles that support the foundation slab. The construction system utilizes a monolithic reinforced concrete frame; a supplemental system of Porotherm masonry begins at the 4th floor. The building is clad with an exterior insulation system in combination with a ventilated facade (Cembonit and Prodema cladding boards).
