The new hotel building with a total of 160 guest rooms is located in the centre of Prague and has 9 floors above ground and 1 floor below ground.
The basement includes 29 parking spaces and is connected with the ground floor by a ramp. In addition, it houses a part of the M&E technology (low-current distribution room, UPS), rooms for the main gas shut-off valve, main water shut-off valve and water metering technology, a cleaning room and the hotel‘s storage area.
On the ground floor there are a reception area, toilets for guests, a baby-changing room, breakfast area and kitchen facilities, bar, locker rooms with sanitary facilities for staff, cleaning facilities and storage areas. Typical floors offer guest rooms (consisting of a bedroom, a hall and a bathroom), corridors, technical and cleaning rooms (electrical distribution room), two lif ts and two emergency exit staircases. The 9th floor houses mechanical equipment (HVAC equipment, boiler room).

The building uses pile foundations and the structural system of the first underground floor is made of waterproof reinforced concrete („white tank“). The main structural elements of the superstructure are reinforced concrete staircases and lift shafts as well as cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor slabs. Peripheral walls are made of Porotherm masonry system. Internal plasterboard partition walls are installed with great attention to acoustic insulation. The thermal insulation system of the building uses mineral wool (150 mm thick) with the exception of the 8th and 9th floors, which are cladded with Kingspan panels.
