The project involves the renovation and extension of the existing Cultural Centre.

The theatre auditorium and stage have undergone a complete transformation, with the acoustic ceiling waves being preserved as the dominant feature. All the equipment, audiovisual and projection technology, including 3D cinema and surround sound, have been replaced with brand new systems. The capacity of the auditorium is now 333 seats and 4 designated disabled spaces. On the second above-ground level, a multi-purpose dance hall spanning 433 m² has been constructed, featuring an acoustic wall that can be used to divide the space as required.

In addition, the project includes the construction of a new 100-seater concert hall for the local art school. This new structure has been built as an extension connected to the existing building by a walkway. The original building is also home to the art school’s classrooms and a rehearsal room for rent.

As part of this renovation project, the following works have also been carried out: roads and paved areas have been resurfaced, including a 66-space parking lot, and all the necessary utility connections and landscaping works have been performed.
