The manufacturing facility was expanded to include two new production buildings, No. 5 and No. 6, with technical facilities and laboratories. A new parking lot, an access road, and other routes have also been built – as well as gas and water mains and a sewer system.

The project’s execution required a comprehensive solution for coordinating the construction with simultaneously ongoing production. Factory No. 5 is a 3-bay building with dimensions of 42 x 76 m and it was built first, and after production was moved, part of the existing factory No. 3 was demolished and factory No. 6 was completed – 1-bay building with built-in floor and total built-up area of 24 x 42 m.

The factories are three- and two-floor buildings with foundations that use reinforced concrete piles with a foundation slab, under which soil stabilization was conducted. The load-bearing construction is built using precast reinforced concrete elements. The roof is made from trapezoidal sheeting with a PVC roofing membrane and mineral wool (Combi Roof). The buildings are clad in horizontal sandwich panels (with a mineral wool core). The factory is equipped with a 20 cm thick reinforced concrete floor.
