Construction of new KRPA FORM production plant including two warehouses
KRPA FORM specializes in the production of various paper forms, rolls and bags, including printing. Thanks to the new plant, it will be able to increase its bag production by 100 % within two years.
The overall concept of the facility rehabilitation allows for transfer and expansion of production into a new plant with an area of 4,310 m2 and adjustments to the existing production plant.
Design & Build
The scope of works on the project includes the preparation of the final execution design, which integrates the alternative option (value engineering) submitted in our bid to the Investor.
The new plant is rectangular in shape with maximum dimensions of 98.49 by 44.12 m. The ridge height of the plant building in the dispatch area is 12.98 m and 7.31 m in the other parts. The structural system of the new building is made of a precast frame with pile foundations. The cladding system uses mineral wool sandwich panels. The building interior features a concrete industrial floor designed for a load of 5 t/m2.
The project also involves the construction of paved areas for servicing the new plant as well as of small operational structures such as shelters for transport machinery and waste management.
