The new annex was designed to accommodate clients who need permanent nursing and health care. It is a three-storey high brick building without basement, with aerated pitched roof, linked to the existing central building at all floor levels.

The access to the building is barrier-free. A lift and two staircases ensure vertical communication. The building features one- and two-bedded air-conditioned rooms with sanitary facilities and a balcony. On each floor there are several rooms for immobile clients with adequate equipment, a nurses’s room, a kitchen, a social room, and facilities for the nursing staff. There is access to the garden from rooms on the ground floor.

The building features very nice details and smartly used materials – e.g. stainless steel railing, linoleum flooring, wooden, vinyl and stone wall and floor tiles, foil roof covering.
