Over the course of 12 months, VCES’s realization team constructed a four-story administrative building encompassing offices for 80 workers on the 1^st and 2^nd floors, a sitting area with amenities on the top floor, and technical facilities and a parking lot for 22 personal vehicles on the ground floor. The building is also surrounded by a new display area with surfaces of asphalt (1 900 m²) and interlocking concrete pavers (1 200 m²).

In the future, the office building will able to grow along with the company’s needs. Specifically, the project design also took into account additional increases in capacity. It includes the option of extending the top, set-back story to cover the entire ground plan and constructing one full and one set-back story. It would also be possible to construct another building next door that would be its mirror image.
