VCES
We are a construction and development group specialized in delivering major industrial and residential projects as well as civic buildings and water management projects. We implement these projects and, in cooperation with Linkcity, we also handle the complex development of our clients’ investment plans.

Our team
History
1991
Foundation of Východočeská stavební s.r.o., Solnice - 1st company to join the future construction group.
2003
Foundation of VCES a.s., an umbrella company bringing together all the business activities developed by Východočeská stavební over the years.
2006
VCES a.s. acquired by one of the largest construction companies in the world - Bouygues Construction, a French group. Expansion of operations into Slovakia.
2006
VCES a.s. among the first companies in the Czech Republic to be awarded the EMAS environmental certification. This represents our ongoing efforts to continuously mitigate the environmental impact of our business activities.
2010
Launch of construction works on a new head office for the Czech internet leader Seznam.cz. This is the first project in the Czech Republic to be awarded the BREEAM EXCELLENT environmental certification.
2011
Branching out into the shopping mall construction segment and launch of construction works on Centrum Černý Most in Prague, the largest project in our history.
2013
VCES a.s. as a member of joint venture for construction of ELI Beamlines laser center - a unique scientific workplace to use the most powerful laser in the world.
2016
Launch of our own development project Chrudimpark - a pilot project designed and constructed entirely using the Building Information Modelling (BIM).
2016
Construction of an exceptionally challenging project - the paint shop in the new Jaguar Land Rover plant in Nitra, Slovakia.
2017
VCES PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT changes to Linkcity Czech Republic - rebranding of the group development business.
